the BIG caruthers fair!
for a town with not one stop light, Caruthers really knows how to put on a show! i’ve been lucky enough to spend my last few days back and forth between Fresno and the charming little town of Caruthers with some of the nicest and warmest people i’ve ever met. last night i played at the caruthers fair (“the biggest free-gate fair in california!”) and i had SO much fun. and i love love love meeting people after shows. it makes what i am doing real to me. and these people were so great, too. i really hope to come back and play at the fair again someday.
i also had the best corn dog of my LIFE.
