i totally intended to mention it being my 100th youtube video in the video itself… but then all of a sudden it was done and uploading to youtube and it was too late… :( but at least you all know!
happy holidays!!! my eyes are burning from the onions that were cut in the kitchen roughly 3 hours ago. emi and my mother are cooking up some of our special grannis family christmas soup… mmm.

How was your day?
my day… it was fun! i packed up all my merch things so i can take inventory this week, drove home to MV from LA, spent a few hours on the video, worked out some website things with misa, worked on the video again while misa voluntarily packaged a TON of my merch (THANK YOU!), came downstairs, realized i was starving, was handed a plate full of yummy food from emi, did final touches on the video, finished packaging the merch, started writing the blog… and.. now… umm..

I like the song (partially because it was written for my demographic). It warms me. It’s a good optimistic acknowledgement of the way things change.
Though I’m rather puzzled by the line “when he rings the bell we’ll gather round and watch it snow.” Is this really something you do?
Excited for the siblings video though. They’re always my favorites. Tell your parents to have more kids.

Wow Kina, I was so touched by this song. Christmas has always been my favorite time of year, but this year it has been harder than ever to remember what this time is all about. With the economy the way it is, I’m sure a lot of people can relate. But I remind myself that even with nothing under my family’s tree, we still have our health, a roof over our heads, and most of all we have each other. What more could we ask for?

I remember this song too, it is great… but I recall it from another site (not myspace or your po box video), one that does not come to mind at the moment.
The end of the year, starting from Thanksgiving and ending with New Years is also my favorite time of year. For me is it happy and also sad.

Thanks to everyone for all their wishes for our family. We feel very fortunate, me in particular being the dad to these three great girls. What luck! And, I send the same best wishes and hopes back to all of you.
This is a difficult year for many, and that is one reason Kina wanted to do these two free downloads of “i know who took the milk and cookies”, and the original “Gotta Digg”.
She feels so thankful and grateful for all that has happened as a result of her original desire to write and share her music, and it is hard to come up with a good way to express it.

Oh, what the heck is my WordPress password??!! Well, nevermind, it’s at home. So while I wait for stuff to happen in the lab and doodle around a bit, let me try to find a way to squeeze into the convo here. Since Kina opened the door a tad with her bit about the merch in this vid, I think it is loosely OT but pardon it anyway.
For those of us middies (newbie grads) who are used diggin’ and loving Kina w/ her guitar on YouTube, please take a peak at the vintage Kina cds in her store!! I got my merch a couple weeks back, but zoom zoom land took over with the holiday rush + all the cool stuff here at KG.com, and I back-burnered her cds. *d’oh*

I saw your video for “The Call” and I was like “Holy Toast!!! She has an amazing voice!” =]. You also play the guitar better than my brother,lol.
