i feel a lot of love for all of you out there right now. mwaaah.
in other news… je suis fatigué.
i highly recommend trying to have lucid dream. here’s some info on how you can 1) get better at dreaming 2) get better at remembering your dream 3) take control of your dreams.

i’ve only had a few of these in my life, but they’re pretty incredible. for me, they don’t last very long because the more aware i become the more my brain wants to wake up. but i had one today and i decided to start flying and dive through the ground and it felt pretty amazing. sadly, it ended before i could feast on sushi. :(

haha. not at all. actually one time i did a pretty decent tracy morgan impersonation, if i do say so myself. :)
What types of makizushi do you like?
all types. except maybe the ones with pickled things in them. and cucumbers are good, but somewhat of a waste of space when you could have other things like … anything else.
Do you ever use capital letters when typing?
hahaha. yes. sometimes i feel disrespectful if i don’t capitalize pronouns… also sometimes my fingers will slip them in randomly for fun, which looks really bad. also if i’m emailing someone i don’t really know about something business-related, i’ll take the time to capitalize so i look slightly more professional.
Do you enjoy listening to Eric Clapton?
why yes.
Were you able to identify any planets, stars, constellations, or astronomical phenomena while on your hike?
yes! mostly just the big dipper over and over again :) i think i also spotted the pleiades.

I’m not a big fan of Miley, but this was great! As Finn pointed out, a lot of passion, and that’s something that definitely catches my attention in music. I’ve never used a netti pot myself, but I hope it works for you.

GREAT version of this song Kina. I think Miley tried to sound too country on her version…yours just plain rocks!
You never cease to amaze me…I couldn’t agree more on the lucid dreaming thing. I’ve only achieved it a couple times but it was awesome. You should stick with it, and I would also recommend to everyone else that they learn more about it.

1) Lucid Dreaming:
I spent a summer writing down my dreams. Now I pretty much can remember any dream I have. That’s step one of having an LD: remembering that you had one. hehe. Now I’ve got it good where, if I’ve got the time to stay asleep, I can lucid dream any night that I want. dreamviews.com helped me with some techniques.

2) Tracy Morgan:
My friend (also named Ryan) and I have been obsessed with doing Tracy Morgan impressions. Although we’re not very good at it. Sometimes we just yell “THANK YOU JOE ROGEN” really loud, although I think he never really did actually say that.

Lucid Dreaming:
A few years ago, I kept a dream journal. I would write as fast as I could everything I could remember about my dreams as soon as I woke up on a journal I kept next to my bed. At first, I would only write for 2 minutes because I could not remember much. After a few weeks, I was writing for over an hour because I could remember so many details from multiple dreams. This started taking too long in the mornings so I decided to stop, but the benefits were the following:
1) I started getting answers to life’s questions through my dreams.
2) I started to lucid dream more often.

That was wonderful Kina! Very soothing! I love lucid dreaming, I have done it many times, but yeah, I agree with you on there being a tendency to wake up when you know you are doing it. The mind can be a wonderful place when you want it to be.

I purchased the tickets and am bringing like 4 other people with me and just realized a couple of days ago that it was Mother’s Day. highlight of my day :)
lucid dreaming… when i was little, they scared me. later i had one where i met my sister who passed away. trying to get back to the joy in that dream sort of trained me to be a better dreamer. i got obsessed with it. but eventually i did get back there, and we laughed and hugged and cried and finally said good-bye. i think if i tried another 20 years of lucid dreaming, i couldn’t have a more perfect one than that. aloha, lani

I made a really scary lucid dream the other day, i was on my bed, ready to wake up, and suddenly i thought (in my dream) “I’m sleeping”…but i couldn’t move and then ( in my dream) i felt faint. I was supposed to be unconscious but i knew that i was just dreaming so started trying to wake me up…But my body was to heavy…-_-” And then when i succeed to get up,so i really woke up. I’m not sure it was a lucid dream but it marked me
