i called in it was so funny, the dj chick didnt know she picked my call and i heard kina talking in the background lol
and then the dj lady goes “hello? hello?…” i go “yeah i cant hear the show… its playing something else… BUT HEY, TELL KINA I SAID HELLO… im a friend miko..”
she goes “okay yeah yeah.. i’ll tell her”

ahhhh!! i couldnt hear you. all the sound is crazy at the moment… but they are trying to figure it out. apparently a crazy robot took over the station. haha. don’t give up hope yet!!
OMG… what a tease… they started playing “falling slowly” and that was introduced to me by kina so i go “oh IT IS WORKING!” and i thought it was ur song at first hahaha…
but then it was the dude’s voice lol
Here I am! I was making the entire office listen to this on the radio! : ) One woman kept talking about how proud I must be and if it was her daughter she’d cry listening to every word yadda yadda yadda…. but she wouldn’t be quiet so I could listen…. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
I’ve ripped it, but unfortunately my streamripper decided not to work well :( (crazy robots here too ;) ) I’ve got portions of it about in 6-7 splits and there are parts missing :(. I’ll see what can i bring out of it, and put it up somewhere to download, if kina is ok with it. But now, sleeeeeeep…
Ok, just got done listening… that was GREAT… ;-) That “Finding the words…” comment… I’ve heard that before, somewhere.

okay, so I was traveling Friday and didn’t get a chance to listen live but after hearing it I feel bad for the interviewer. She is just not good at her job. Don’t get me wrong; I’m not sure I would do much better, but if I didn’t hopefully someone would tell me so. Really, the beginning is just said: “you realized you could use the guitar to accompany yourself…” wow!
/enough of criticizing someone’s shoes I have yet to be in (but might be one day)
1) kina, what ARE the many uses of pennies?
2) and… this isn’t that random but my uneducated-in-guitar-self was just wondering… why is it that sometimes when you’re playing a song [like in the part of the new song that you posted with the bleeding love video] you like slide down your left hand after playing a chord? do you know what i mean?
Not sure if this is a fair question or not, but of all the guitars you’ve played, do you have one that you slightly favor more than the rest (i.e. takamine, koa, stratocaster, fender, ect?)
i forgot!! another one i was thinking about the other day when i almost died because of the billions of gnats around me:
do any bugs/reptiles just gross you out?? or just plain annoy the heck out of you? because.. i mean you wanted to be an entomologist or a herpetologist but dont you find them annoying??
..as you can tell, i’m not into the whole bug/reptile thing. they scare me! haha :]

common cockroaches are pretty icky, except for hissing cockroaches. ever seen them in the museums/zoos? they’re soo neat. :D
