Death of the Wall
I tried to fix it, but to no avail. The wall keeps attacking the server and the host keeps shutting me down, so I had to take down the wall until I can find a different solution. I suppose everyone’ll have to rely on the comment sections and the forums for now. :\

Hiya Misa! I loved seeing a uke in the last video. Any chance you’ll be doing more of that?
October 22nd, 2008 at 3:05 pm
Sadness… rest in peace Mr. Wall… you’ve left before your time… or perhaps we should say until we meet again?

Farewell, Wall…. we hardly knew ye.
A TOAST!!! *raises rootbeer*

Auf Wiedersehen Herr Wall.

@RB… *shakes fist*
@zuka… That was Emi on the uke, Misa was playing the uber-hip violin!
Maybe there should be a set of flashcards to keep the Grannis sisters straight (granted, it’s a small deck).

@wwar Doh! Well, I’ve always liked the violin too…although I prefer it in it’s ‘fiddle mode’.
@kina Maybe some floaty text in the next sisters’ video would help me keep them straight. So, what instruments do you and your sisters play? Off the top of my head, I recall seeing guitar, ukulele, drum, piano & leg (goldfish song). Anything else?

You should write a series of songs about it and title the piece “The Wall”…
wait, nevermind.

In the middle of these terrifying news, something that might cheer you all up: Kina has now 29.807 Youtube subscribers, and soon she will break 30.000… yes, it´s only another number, but worth noticing, I think. I´m planning to have a wild party alone here in my home! :)
30.000 subscribers in a year… not bad at all. Congratulations, Kina!!!!

Oh the wall, she was simple, kept things black and white
With occasional hint of clickable blue
But the wall, she was there for me, each day and all night
No I never knew another so true
I posted under name variations, with song snatches and quotes
and revelled in her anonymity
We had good times, talking of love, birds, and boats
I could never think she’d ever leave me
Why hosts shut down and servers malfunction
Is a thing that I don’t understand
But their cruely has issued our love an injunction
Things just don’t work out like I planned
So farewell, sweet Wall, I’ll remember you always
though part with you now I must
perhaps Misa will bring you back, I’ll dream of those days
and in that hope I will trust

@Emi Grannis
So, my future fan time looks set for being more than mesmerized8D OMG I hope this comes true, or that Kina or Misa do it if it doesn’t, I love, Love, LOVE the sounds of the cello<3

@Greg: rofl!
@Misa: I’ll do some digging for you, see what’s out there for WordPress enabled chat thingies that don’t suck server too bad. I had Jalenak’s Wordspew on my blog for a while, but it got attacked by spammers so I had to shut it down. Almost got it linked into Akismet, but something else sucked my time away… can’t remember what. *shrug*
I’m still jobless. Anyone need an awesome customer service/technician with programming skills? :-)
*HUGS*

“The Wall”
Not to be confused with Michael Jackson’s “Off the Wall”.
Even though, really that’s kind of what we are…

Here’s a wall titled classic -
“Another brick in the wall” - Pink Floyd.

Just as well Kina didn’t have teachers with such motivating skills!

Say, anyone going to UCR tonight?
October 24th, 2008 at 5:29 pm
Oops, I meant to also say:
Out of curiosity I typed “Wall” into my itunes library and for some reason Miles Davis’ “Godchild” came up…I see no wall in that name…

@Kina
How was his reading/your performance and:-
1) Did you get freaked out by anything too scary or too lurid?
b) Are you more educated and life choice wary as a result?
III) Were you able to sleep well afterwards and without intruding
thoughts?
~[{:) Did you film any of it to post for us sometime?
Last question applies to riverside too?

Hey,
If “The Wall” can be configured to run from another server you can have account of my server.
I’ve yet to find something that can take down one of my servers :-)

Hi Kina,
Just discovered you on YouTube minutes ago… Your music is great and so are you! I’m writing from Europe and wanted to ’spread the word’ about a new Irish band called The Script. I know the music is not of the same style as your music but I want you are your fans to listen to it, because it really lit my fire when I heard them. They are a new band too - up to hearing these guys I had just become a little uninspired by music thats out there. Coming from a small country (Ireland), its great to see another top act from Ireland. Have a listen:
